The Mount of Beatitudes refers to the hill in northern Israel where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount.
Mount of Beatitudes The shrine of the Sermon on the Mount on the Mount of Beatitudes overlooks the sea of Galilee and the areas of Tabgha and Capernaum. The site’s church and gardens are a beautiful setting in which to contemplate the words of the sermon.
