Gadi Bar Shalom Tour Guide
My name is Gadi, and I’d like to be your tour guide in Israel. Traveling abroad is always an experience. especially to the Promised Land / Holy Land where history follows you wherever you go. As a native Israeli I walked through those trails as my ancestors learning people’s dreams and hopes. I try to bring those tastes of the land, weaving heritage with modern creation like Kibbutz, authentic Israeli food, and meetings with Israelis. We will plan together your trip to give you the most from your visit. You will see the wonders of Jerusalem, the Dead Sea, and the Galilee. Few personal details: I was born in a Kibbutz Givat Haim 1948, Served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) as a officer (major), regular and reserve, in the armored corps units during Israeli wars. I worked as youth leader with adolescence and as an irrigation designer in Netafim (drip irrigation company). I work with small groups and families. Let me bring my skills to make your Israel Tour a true experience,Gadi. Graduate of the Tour Guides Course, in 1998 by Ministry of Tourism, I lived in Kibbutz Magal, married+ three sons.

Gadi was our tour guide for our group of 5. In March, we spent a week with Gadi as he took us all over the country showing us all the ancient historic places and beautiful countryside of Israel, and being very attentive to our every need. We were very well taken care of. He is very knowledgeable about all the locations we visited and we learned so much history and really got a feel for the culture, delicious food and wonderful people in Israel. He was so much fun to be with and treated us like friends by sharing stories about his life and his family. We will always think of him as a friend. If you want to have a great experience in Israel, have Gadi be your tour guide. He did such an amazing job for us, but most of all he is an amazing man. Thank you, Gadi, for a trip of a lifetime!
